Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Expert for logistics support related to the assigned aircraft or engine
- Acts as a representative for NAVAIR for matters relating to acquisition, sustainment, and performance-based logistics
- Independent decision making in areas of program logistics support to ensure fleet aircraft/engine safety and readiness goals are fully supported
- Responsible for all acquisition and in-service support requirements affecting aircraft/engine acquisition and operations
- Cover program support issues between the APML, IPT Leader and FST lead as required
- Assessment program documentation, system designs, and aircraft/engine system interfaces for logistical consideration
