Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide logistics leadership and direct program management to ensure the system is operationally available, maintainable, and sustainable.
- Develop, maintain and update the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), ensuring all 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements are addressed.
- Lead the Logistics team at the Technical Project Office (TPO), coordinating efforts between engineering, contracting, finance, and fleet stakeholders to resolve sustainment issues.
- Manage the execution of depot-level repairs, including the induction, tracking, and return of mission-capable assets.
- Cook up with Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and Army counterparts to manage inventory, direct asset movement, and oversee receipt, inspection, and shipping policies.
- Aid the APML in the development and management of the logistics budget, providing direct input for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle.
