Responsibilities
- Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives.
- Cook up readiness and equipment management efforts across ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs.
- Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews.
- Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements.
- Support modernization and fleet management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Excellent analytical and briefing skills.
- Necessary Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of Army logistics experience. Minimum 5 years supporting ACOM, ASCC, or equivalent headquarters organizations. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, SharePoint, and Army readiness systems.
- Preferred Qualifications: Former Army logistics planner or readiness analyst. Experience supporting AMC, FORSCOM, AFC, or HQDA.
