Join Our Team as a Logistics Intern!

About the role

Everllence USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in global logistics operations, supported by industry veterans, and contributes to significant process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping & Receiving: Learn about business processes and administrative tasks involved in shipping and receiving, prepare required documentation with guidance, communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers, observe work environment for potential issues, and propose solutions.

  • Follow safety procedures in a physically active work environment, potentially exposed to extreme conditions.

  • Understand and manage the Shipment Request Tool (SRT) to support various divisions, update purchase orders and shipment statuses, assist in booking and documentation for shipping and receiving functions, and learn to use e-commerce tools related to freight and logistics.

  • Identify areas for enhancement within logistics operations, gather feedback from team members, research new technologies and methods to streamline processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, expected to graduate between May 2025 and December 2026, with a GPA of 3.0 or above.

  • Previous internships or experience in logistics, inventory management, or e-commerce are preferred.

  • You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of logistics terminology and concepts.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
