Logistics Food Service Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Frequently lift, move, and transport over 50 lbs.
• Manage the loading, unloading, and delivery of food, beverages, and heavy equipment for campus projects and catering events.
• Execute full event setups, including tables, canopies, buffet lines, and waste/recycling stations.
• Post-event, break down areas, clean equipment, and ensure items are returned to proper storage.
• Maintain par levels, document inventory, and manage warehouse storage.
• Replenish products at markets and event locations as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles, kitchens, and service areas.
• Adhere to all driving regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform minor food/beverage prep and strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and handling regulations.
• Maintain neat and sanitary garbage and floor areas.
• Report daily sales, waste, customer feedback, and equipment/vehicle malfunctions.
• Aid across various departments and support the onboarding of new drivers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing condition.
• Previous experience as a driver preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers.
