Logistics Food Service Driver
Job Responsibilities
- Frequently lift, move, and transport over 50 lbs.
- Manage the loading, unloading, and delivery of food, beverages, and heavy equipment for campus projects and catering events.
- Execute full event setups, including tables, canopies, buffet lines, and waste/recycling stations.
- Post-event, break down areas, clean equipment, and ensure items are returned to proper storage.
- Maintain par levels, document inventory, and manage warehouse storage.
- Replenish products at markets and event locations as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles, kitchens, and service areas.
- Adhere to all driving regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform minor food/beverage prep and strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and handling regulations.
- Maintain neat and sanitary garbage and floor areas.
- Report daily sales, waste, customer feedback, and equipment/vehicle malfunctions.
- Aid across various departments and support the onboarding of new drivers.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing condition.
- Previous experience as a driver preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.
- Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.
- Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers.
