Logistics Engineer
The Logistics Engineer focuses on optimizing complete logistics flows—from supplier to point of use—based on efficiency and safety standards. This entry‑level role applies theoretical knowledge obtained through relevant education to support ongoing operational improvements and standard operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & Flow Optimization: Prepare and coordinate takt time, process, and product changes across internal and external logistics setups.
- Continuous Improvement: Execute and implement approved operational improvements and perform setup rebuilds as needed.
- Engineering Tasks: Conduct frequency studies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analyze material flows.
- Collaboration: Communicate and explain facts, policies, and practices related to the logistics job area.
Qualifications & Proficiency
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Supervision: Comfortable working under close supervision while handling routine, straightforward tasks and problem‑solving.
