About the role
Responsible for delivering goods to various locations within a designated area. Must possess valid commercial driver’s license and meet DOT requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers in assigned areas
- Ensure all deliveries are made safely and on time
- Load and unload vehicles as necessary
- Keep vehicle in good working order
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing DOT physical exam
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems
- Ability to manage time effectively
