About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Final Mile delivery routes in assigned markets. This role supports operational needs by validating route data, maintaining communication with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes. The position contributes to the organization by facilitating reliable and optimized delivery operations.

The organization operates within the logistics and delivery sector, focusing on Final Mile delivery services. It addresses challenges related to efficient routing and accurate order fulfillment across multiple markets, aiming to optimize delivery operations and meet market-specific requirements through technology and coordinated support.

Responsibilities

• Optimize delivery routes for multiple markets
• Communicate with internal customers to support operational needs
• Validate and reconcile order data
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with field teams and managers
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• High school diploma or GED
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Self-sufficient with ability to work under minimal observation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$19.35 per hour
