Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and regional deliveries
• Communicate with customers and contractors
• Monitor shipments and resolve service issues
• Enter and manage orders in our transportation systems
• Assist with dispatch and routing decisions
• Track deliveries and provide status updates
• Support multiple branches and operational teams

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable multitasking and making decisions
• Customer-focused mindset
• Good computer and technology skills
• Logistics, dispatch, call center, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus
