We are seeking an Logistics Coordinator II to support manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient production flow, material movement, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, this role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, resolving production issues, and supporting team performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staffing assignments and support daily production goals.Monitor and maintain efficient material movement and production flow.Identify, investigate, and help resolve operational issues and root causes.Track, monitor, and report production metrics, backlogs, and performance results.Utilize SAP, MIS, MATRIX, and other business systems to support daily operations.Create and manage cases for issue resolution and follow through to closure.Support, train, and mentor employees on processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.Recommend process improvements and support implementation efforts.Assist with material returns, reconciliation activities, and inventory-related tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives. Qualifications Basic Qualifications High school diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent education 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or logistics environment Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and reliability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and reliability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information verbally, in writing, and electronically across all levels of the organization. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while demonstrating professionalism, patience, and a customer-focused mindset. Adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Ability to successfully pass a security background investigation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with issue-tracking systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools, such as Serena and SAP, is preferred. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr-$23/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
