We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role / Overview: description of Hatch, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About Hatch". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have: - Intro: "Join the Rest Revolution ..." description of Hatch, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About Hatch". Probably "About the role" is appropriate. - The Gig: How You’ll Make an Impact: description of role, contract, hours, reporting, etc. Could be "Responsibilities" or maybe "About the role". But we have a separate "What You'll Do" section. - What You'll Do: list of duties (projects). That's clearly Responsibilities. - Wishlist: additional desired initiatives (nice-to-have). Could be part of Responsibilities or maybe "Skills"? But it's more like "Preferred qualifications". Could be "Qualifications" or "Skills". But we have separate "What You'll Bring" which is requirements/qualifications. - Human: traits (soft skills). Could be "Skills" or "Qualifications". - What You'll Bring: requirements (experience, skills). That's Qualifications. - Strong plus: additional nice-to-have. - Why You’ll Love Working at Hatch: benefits/culture. Could be "Benefits". - About Hatch: company description. Could be "About the role" or maybe separate "About Hatch". But we already have About the role earlier; maybe combine. We need to avoid duplication. We'll produce sections:

About the role

with description of Hatch mission, remote-friendly, etc. Should include the intro paragraph and maybe the "About Hatch" description? But we must not repeat. We'll include the initial description about Hatch mission, the fact they're open to US/Canada, need PST/PDT availability.

Responsibilities

with the "What You'll Do" bullet list (projects) and maybe also the "Human" traits? Actually Human traits are more like skills/qualities. Could go under Skills. But we also have "The Gig: How You’ll Make an Impact" which includes contract details, hours, reporting. That could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Position details". But we only have allowed headings; we could put that under Responsibilities as well (since it's about the role). However we need to avoid filler. We'll include contract duration, hours, reporting to Director of Operations, etc. Thus Responsibilities will contain: - Contract: initial 6-month, up to 40 hrs/week, option to extend. - Reporting to Director of Operations, work with Sourcing, Inventory Planning, Channel Management, Accounting, forwarders, 3PLs. - Own day-to-day international inbound freight execution across Flexport and AGL: create/manage bookings, review rates/surcharges, track shipments, resolve exceptions. - Manage Amazon inbound programs end to end: FBA shipment creation/labeling, AWD placement/replenishment, inventory removals, resolving inbound creation issues, FC routing changes across US, EU, UK. - Serve as single source of truth on shipment status: publish recurring shipment updates. - Coordinate customs clearance and trade compliance: HTS classification support, commercial doc accuracy, customs broker coordination, responses to CBP requests, access ACE portal. - Partner with Sourcing and contract manufacturers on shipping docs, labeling, cargo readiness, payment/document-release blockers. - EPR maintenance: pull monthly/quarterly reports, ensure invoices paid, request updates on pending EPR numbers, request contracts for new territories. - Maintain and update landed cost per shipment/product. - Create and reconcile transactions in Netsuite accompanying physical movement. - Own month-end inventory reconciliation across all physical locations. - Escalate 3PL and forwarder SLA misses, chase credits on performance-related chargebacks, partner with Accounting on freight invoice/deduction disputes. Then Wishlist items could be under "Preferred Qualifications" or "Skills". But we have a separate "What You'll Bring" for required qualifications. Wishlist could be under "Preferred Qualifications" but we don't have that heading; we could put under "Skills" or "Qualifications". However we must not invent sections with filler. If we put Wishlist under "Skills", we need to ensure we have actual skill content. Wishlist includes: build weekly inbound health summary, document recurring plays, identify freight cost savings, support peak season readiness, improve inbound exception loop. Those are more like responsibilities/initiatives, could be part of Responsibilities as "Additional initiatives". Might be okay to include under Responsibilities as bullet points. Human traits: proactive communicator, independent operator, calm in exceptions, ramps fast. Those are soft skills; could go under "Skills". What You'll Bring: required qualifications: 5+ years international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain ops, ideally consumer electronics/CPG; hands-on experience running international ocean/air freight; direct personal experience with Amazon inbound programs; working knowledge of customs/trade compliance; ERP experience including transfer order management, receipt creation, month-end transaction completeness audit; knowledge/experience performing month-end inventory reconciliations; strong written communication; comfortable in fast-moving environment; plus strong plus items: Amazon Seller Central, AGL, AWD experience; NetSuite familiarity; CBP ACE portal; EU/UK import experience; working directly with contract manufacturers in Asia; freight cost analysis and carrier/mode comparison. We can put those under "Qualifications". Also include "Strong plus" as part of Qualifications (maybe as "Preferred"). Why You’ll Love Working at Hatch: benefits/culture: Great Place to Work, help people sleep better, collaborative team, backed by investors, remote-friendly work environment, practice what they preach for balance/flexibility. That's Benefits. About Hatch: company description: founded 2014, headquartered Menlo Park, products: Hatch Sleep Clock, Restore 3, Hatch Baby, Hatch Go. Could be part of About the role or separate "About Hatch". Since we already have About the role with mission, we could combine company description there. But we must not repeat. We'll include company description in About the role. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, Privacy Notice, application instructions like "Apply now", "Ready to Help the World Sleep Better?" etc. Also remove "We’re an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment:

About the role

...

Then

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...
Then

Skills

maybe for human traits. Then

Qualifications

for required experience. Then

Benefits

for why you'll love working. We must not include Pay or Schedule unless specified. The posting mentions "working up to 40 hours per week" and "initial 6-month contract engagement". That's schedule/contract details. Could be placed under Responsibilities or maybe a separate Schedule section? The instruction says include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state hours per week and contract length. So we could create a

Schedule

with that info. However we also have contract duration. The instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." So we can create Schedule section because they state hours per week and contract length. But we also have Benefits section (they state benefits). So we can include Schedule and Benefits. But we also have Pay not stated, so omit Pay. Thus we could have:

Schedule

Initial 6‑month contract, up to 40 hours per week, with option to extend based on business needs.

But we also have reporting line etc. That could be under Responsibilities. We need to decide where to put contract details. Could be under Schedule. Now Benefits: we have Great Place to Work, mission impact, collaborative team, investors, remote-friendly, balance/flexibility. Now Skills: human traits (proactive communicator, independent operator, calm in exceptions, ramps fast) plus maybe strong written communication? Actually strong written communication is in What You'll Bring; that's a qualification. So Skills could be the human traits. Qualifications: the required experience list. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract each piece. First, About the role: combine intro description and company description. Intro: "Join the Rest Revolution The world is wired and tired. It's plagued by screens, notifications, and the sense that you should always be doing ... something. But hey, you're reading this job application right now, so you probably know exactly what we're talking about. So here's a bit of good news amidst all the noise: Hatch is a sleep wellness company that's betting on rest in a culture obsessed with optimization. While most technology is designed to keep you engaged, our devices use the science of habit formation to help people unplug, unwind, and recharge. Through genuinely enjoyable routines, habit building, and gentle guidance (no sleep scores or wearables here), we help people build healthier sleep habits and feel the difference in everyday life. Ten years ago, we started with a mission to help parents navigate the complexities of newborn sleep. Today, we're helping more than 5 million people (and counting) take care of themselves and the people they love through the power of rest. We’re open to candidates across the U.S. and Canada. However, please note that Hatch is based in California, so we just ask that you're available during PST/PDT hours." Company description: "About HatchHatch was founded in 2014 by entrepreneurs (and parents themselves) Ann Crady Weiss and Dave Weiss. Headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Hatch creates tech that helps you and your family get better sleep.Hatch Sleep Clock is a contactless sleep tracker that provides actionable insights, personalized recommendations, and bedtime routines based on your unique sleep habits and preferencesRestore 3 helps you regulate your nervous system and tune into your circadian rhythm with unwind routines, science-backed sleep audio, and ambient lightsHatch Baby helps parents soothe their little ones and create healthy sleep habits with expert sleep support, gentle sounds, and calming lightsHatch Go includes ten soothing sounds in one portable package" We can combine into a paragraph. Now Responsibilities: include the Gig description and What You'll Do list plus Wishlist items maybe. Gig description: "The Gig: How You’ll Make an ImpactOur Operations team is looking for a Logistics Contractor to support omnichannel distribution while a team member is out on leave—keeping inbound freight and forwarder relationships on track, and owning the transactions, landed cost, and inventory reconciliation that keep our books accurate across every location. The contractor will be working up to 40 hours per week. This is an initial 6-month contract engagement, with the option to extend based on business needs. This is a coverage role with real ownership. You'll be the person our forwarders and 3PLs hear from when a shipment needs to move faster or a booking decision has to be made, and the person Sourcing, Inventory Planning, and Accounting come to for shipment status, transaction accuracy, and landed cost questions. We're not looking for someone to hold the seat warm. We need someone who can read a shipment exception, decide what to do, and close the loop with the transactions and reconciliations that keep inventory accurate across every channel.
