Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and transportation partners
• Track, document and manage shipments throughout their entire life cycle
• Proactively update customers on shipment status and provide needed documentation as soon as it becomes available
• Prepare price quotes for different shipping needs as needed
• Work with sales to make sure we're meeting customer needs
• Build good working relationships with customers and internal team members
• Adhere to all needs and/or special requests and/or SOP's specific to each account
• Cook with carriers throughout the shipping process to ensure proper delivery and level of service
• Be prepared to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Authorization to work in the US
• This is an in-person role, 1 WFH day granted after training is complete
• Ability to communicate thoroughly and professionally with all internal/external parties
• Ability to be highly organized/detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and function in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS system
