Logistics Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate rail and truck shipment planning and scheduling with ports/terminals and trans-loaders in collaboration and in support of customer wood pulp supply chains.
• Operate the SSA WMS in support of shipment scheduling and posting of completed shipments.
• Assist with boxcar ordering and monitor inbound reports.
• Schedule vehicle loading at ports/terminals, trans-loaders, and monitor fulfillment.
• Way-billing of railcars.
• Shipment status reporting, shipment documentation, inventory reconciliation as assigned, and reporting.
• Provide customer service responses for incoming calls.
• Provide backup and support other Logistics Coordinators on an as-needed basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
