ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro "Why Choose Suddath..." which is about company culture. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Why Choose Suddath to 'Move' your Career to the Next Level?" is like company overview. Could be "About the role" or "About Suddath". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: company overview (Why Choose Suddath...), What We Offer (benefits), Summary (role description), Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list), QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience, Knowledge, Skills, abilities), PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS (maybe not needed as a section unless we have heading like Requirements? Could be part of Requirements). Also there is mention of Pay? Not specific wage numbers, just "competitive wage". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive wage" but no numbers; that's not specific. So we should not create Pay section. Benefits: we have specific benefits listed: 401(k) with company matching, Weekly pay for hourly-paid employees, Biweekly pay for salaried employees, Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays, tuition reimbursement plan. Also link to more info. So we can create Benefits section with those items. Schedule: Not mentioned specific schedule; only mention flexible schedule occasionally. Not specific. So we should not create Schedule. Responsibilities: we have Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list). Could be under Responsibilities. Requirements: we have Qualifications section (Education & Experience, Knowledge, Skills, abilities). Could be Requirements. Skills: maybe separate but we can combine. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; but we can ignore. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove "Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." maybe that's boilerplate; we should remove that line. Also remove "The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group..." maybe part of company overview; but it's not boilerplate? It's descriptive; could keep as part of About Suddath. However the instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The paragraph about equal employment opportunities is EEO boilerplate; remove. Also the sentence about job description not comprehensive is maybe boilerplate; remove. Also the sentence about accommodations may be repeated; we can keep if it's part of qualifications? It appears twice: under Qualifications and under Physical/Environmental Demands. Might be boilerplate; but it's a standard ADA statement. Might be considered boilerplate; but we could keep one instance? Safer to remove duplicates. We'll keep only one if needed. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the company overview, benefits, summary, duties, qualifications (education/experience, knowledge/skills/abilities), physical/environmental demands maybe as part of Requirements? Could be a separate section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: About the role = company overview + maybe summary? Actually summary is role description; could be About the role. Responsibilities = Essential Duties And Responsibilities. Requirements = Education & Experience (maybe). Qualifications = Knowledge, Skills, abilities. Skills maybe separate but we can combine into Qualifications. Benefits = benefits list. We must not create sections with filler. So we will output:

About the role

... company overview and summary ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty ...

Requirements

Education & Experience: Minimum of High School Diploma, college degree or some college experience highly preferred. Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in a similar industry, or 2 year completion of Logistics and Transportation courses through accredited college.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems required.
  • Solid mathematic and financial accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with all MS Word programs (e.g. Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn warehouse system and transportation systems, if applicable.
  • Ability to do spreadsheet tracking and data analysis is vital.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple party communications utilizing various forms of software technology and will be expected to successfully negotiate and resolve customer claims.
  • Must excel in time management, prioritizing deadlines, and communicating with Management proactively if deadlines need to be extended.
  • Must have strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
  • Must be able to periodically work a flexible schedule.
Maybe also include physical/environmental demands under Requirements? Could add a paragraph after Requirements: "Physical/Environmental Demands: ..." but we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into Requirements as a paragraph. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could add a paragraph under Requirements covering physical demands. Thus Requirements section will have two paragraphs: education/experience and physical/environmental demands. Benefits section:

Benefits

  • Competitive wage with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Weekly pay for hourly-paid employees
  • Biweekly pay for salaried employees
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement plan where employees are encouraged to continue their education and development
  • For more information on our benefit offerings, please visit suddath.com/about/careers/ and scroll down to view our employee benefits.
We must not include the link as raw text? It's okay to include . The instruction didn't forbid links. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for duplicated lines: we removed the EEO paragraph and the "Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." line. We also removed the repeated accommodations line. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: company overview: "Why Choose Suddath to “Move” your Career to the Next Level? At Suddath, you can be part of something special and inclusive! Join a team that has a 100+ year reputation for excellence as an innovative, growing and financially stable company that is dedicated to promoting a culture that thrives on inclusion and diversity. From numerous awards to being recognized as one of the best places to work, Suddath offers a caring, family environment while providing relocation and logistics services to people and companies all around the world." That's substantive. Also the "What We Offer!" heading we turned into Benefits. Also the "Summary" paragraph: "Summary Responsible for providing proactive and excellent customer service to assigned accounts, assisting with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments with Customer’s Carrier’s (including LTL and TL shipments) if applicable, and managing invoices and billing documents. Responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. Helps implement Company Quality, Safety, and Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s.). Coordinates with vendors, sales staff, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouses and shippers, as needed." We need to include that in About the role maybe. We'll combine company overview and summary into About the role paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs. Now check for any other substantive info: The "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list we captured. Check if any other specifics: "Maintain damage records, backorder logs, and any applicable regulatory reporting as needed." included. "Identify and recommend process improvements." included. "Coordinate with corporate billing staff to ensure all warehouse accounts are billed accurately and timely. May review/prepare billing as needed." included. "Maintain Project KPI’s. Identify and recommend training, work allocation, and problem resolution." included. "Maintain customer reporting for both internal and external customers." included. "Participate in internal and/or external customer meetings." included. "Participates in the development of department goals and objectives; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations" included. Now check if any content about Pay: we have "competitive wage" but we didn't create Pay section; we included competitive wage in Benefits bullet (makes sense). That is okay. Now ensure we didn't invent any info. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll output:
