Logistics Coordinator

Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role (core functions). We can treat that as "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The posting includes "Core Functions Specific responsibilities may vary by site, shift, and business needs." Then bullet-like paragraphs for Inventory Control & Logistics, Operations & Quality Support, Administrative & Customer Service Support, Facilities & Supply Management, Financial & Recordkeeping. Those are responsibilities. Qualifications & Requirements: Education and Experience, Required Licenses, Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge, Travel, Competencies, Supervisor Responsibilities, Physical Requirements, Physical Activities, Visual Acuity, Working Conditions. Also company description at end: RealTruck description. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Supply Chain Operations Coordinator". We'll produce sections: About the role (maybe a paragraph summarizing). Responsibilities (list of duties). Qualifications & Requirements (maybe combine Education/Experience, Licenses, Skills, etc). Could also separate Skills section. But we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, Company Overview. But we need to follow instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We have no Benefits, Pay, Schedule specifics. So omit those. We need to include all substantive info. Let's extract. About the role: The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, inventory, and logistics support for the distribution center. This role ensures accuracy in inventory control, supports customer service and shipping activities (domestic and international), manages various administrative functions, and coordinates property and supply needs. The position serves as a key link between operations, customer service, HR, and logistics to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse and distribution activities. Responsibilities: list bullet points from core functions. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we will create
      with
    • for each duty. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Investigate scrap, discrepancies, and obsolescence; report and assist with troubleshooting." etc. We'll break responsibilities into categories maybe but still as list items. We could group but still each bullet is a duty. Let's extract each duty sentence: From Inventory Control & Logistics: - Investigate scrap, discrepancies, and obsolescence; report and assist with troubleshooting. - Perform and document cycle counts, stock audits, and year-end physical inventories (raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and storage locations). - Communicate shortages and adjustments to scheduling and purchasing to avoid delays or backorders. - Maintain organized records of inventory findings, discrepancies, and resolutions. - Prepare customs paperwork, BOLs, booking shipments, and ensure compliance with OEM, EDI, ASN, and other customer requirements. - Support daily shipping activities for domestic and international shipments, stepping in to perform shipping duties when needed. - Operate warehouse equipment per safety guidelines (with certification) when needed. Financial & Recordkeeping: - Submit receipts and invoices for recordkeeping purposes. - Ensure filing and recordkeeping systems are accurate, organized, and accessible. Powered industrial truck (PIT) operation experience preferred. - Required Licenses: Powered industrial truck (PIT) certification is preferred; company certified upon hire. - Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to troubleshoot discrepancies and provide solutions. Effective verbal and written communication skills across multiple audiences. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret and follow varied instructions. Basic math and logic skills required for inventory accuracy and reporting. - Travel: Occasional travel may be required. - Competencies: list many bullet-like statements. We need to preserve them. They are sentences separated by semicolons? Actually they are a list of competencies each ending with a period. We'll treat each as a bullet. Let's extract each competency sentence: - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures. - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals. - Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. - Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed. - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality. - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position is an Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities. Physical Requirements: - Work level ranges from light work (exerting up to 20 lbs occasionally) to heavy work (up to 100 lbs team lift occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly) depending on task requirements. Physical Activities: - This position is subject to the following physical activities: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, crawling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Visual Acuity: - The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes. Working Conditions: - The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production and warehouse-based environment. Company Overview (RealTruck description): - RealTruck is the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck, Jeep®, Bronco® and off-road enthusiasts around the world. Globally headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, RealTruck’s 6,000+ associates operate from 35+ facilities across four continents. RealTruck’s industry leading product portfolio, which includes the Husky Liners total vehicle protection brand, boasts over 1,000 patents and pending applications. The company’s omni-channel retail approach delivers a seamless consumer experience online at RealTruck.com, as well as through its 12,000+ dealer network and automotive (OEM) partnerships. We need to decide sections. Could have About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (Education & Experience, Licenses). Skills (maybe separate). Competencies could be part of Qualifications or Skills. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions could be separate sections. Company Overview maybe as About the company. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications, Skills, Competencies into one "Qualifications & Requirements" section with sublists? But we must use

for section headings only; inside we can have paragraphs and lists. So we can have a single

      Qualifications & Requirements

containing paragraphs for Education & Experience, Licenses, Skills, Travel, Competencies, Supervisor Responsibilities, Physical Requirements, Physical Activities, Visual Acuity, Working Conditions. That's many subpoints but still one section. But we also have Responsibilities separate. About the role separate. Company Overview maybe as About the company (but not in list of allowed headings; we could use

      About the company

though not in examples but allowed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings. So we could not add About the company; we could incorporate company description into About the role paragraph or maybe as a separate paragraph under About the role. That seems okay. Thus sections: About the role (intro + company description). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications & Requirements (everything else). That's three sections. We must not include headings with filler text. All have content. Now produce HTML fragment:
