Job Description

MMR is seeking Logistics Coordinator candidates to coordinate material deliveries, laydown areas, access routes, warehouse inventory, kitting activities, storage conditions and field readiness to support efficient material handling and minimize site congestion. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Cook up deliveries, laydown, and storage areas with vendors and Client
  • Manage site access and delivery scheduling
  • Deploy warehouse personnel to track inventory and staging plans
  • Support prefabrication and just-in-time delivery strategies
  • Minimize congestion and material handling risks
  • Interface with field teams for material readiness
  • Deploy warehouse personnel to kit out installation work package bill of material
  • Cook with Quality department for initial inspection of material to project

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required
  • Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work
