Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process distributor, retail and sample requests accurately and efficiently
• Aid in processing EDI orders
• Collaborate with the Accounting department to resolve credit issues
• Organize daily order transmissions
• Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues with deliveries
• Communicate order status and availability to customers promptly and professionally
• Assists with other projects as assigned
• Communicate via email daily with the warehouse, distributors, and sales/marketing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC365 ERP, Inventory Forecasting and Shipcompliant systems (a plus)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay

$50,000 to $60,000 base compensation range
