Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

H&M Bay seeks organized, detail-oriented problem-solvers for the Logistics Coordinator role in Federalsburg, MD. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient movement of goods throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Manage and optimize logistics processes
• Track and analyze logistics data
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve logistics issues
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field is a plus. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
