Principal Accountabilities
- Arrange domestics sales and no sales shipments for Granules North America
- Collaborate with Operation & Supply Chain, Warehouse team, vendors, 3PL warehouse and carriers for efficient process
- Review Orders Leadtime and request Must Arrive By Date extension as needed to meet order process and transit lead time for on time delivery
- Handles the entire delivery process of products by scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments and constantly monitoring deliveries to make sure each product arrives on time
- Process deliveries on ERP system (SAP)
- Arrange for inbound and outbound shipments as requested by Granules North America Team
- Request appointment from shipper and receivers
- Book shipments on Transportation Management System (TMS), using best cost and service carrier
- Cooky deliveries with customers, warehouses, and carriers and share Packing Lists, BOL and any other required documents per shipment
- Responding to inquiries from Customers, Shippers, Receivers, Granules team members &/or Carriers
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards of Granules
- Developing processes to improve Supply Chain workflow and be more efficient and organized
- Review of warehouses documentation for Inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain Kaizen reports to track customers & Carriers performance and flag any recurring issues to address and change order processes to prevent issues from recurring
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Invoice sales orders once shipped
- Investigate lost shipments or late deliveries
- File claim with carrier for lost or damaged shipments
- Resolve non approved vendor invoices on the TMS, escalate and discuss with carrier as needed
- Monitor carrier performance and notify Logistics Manager with performance issues or increased rates other than what’s on the agreement
- General reports of carrier’s performance
- Reconcile sales at the end of the month to ensure all sales orders were invoices and freight was billed accurately

- Detailed Oriented
- Good working knowledge of the consumer goods industry preferred
- Experience working in Pharmaceutical Industry (Optional)
- Good computer skills especially working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word Excel)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Familiar with any MRP system such as SAP is preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field OR 3 + years of experience working in the logistics field
- Logistics Certificates are welcomed
- Preferably familiar with cGMP requirements & worked in the Pharma industry
