Logistics Coordinator
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes Overview (maybe "About the role"?), Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications (Necessary Skills and Knowledge, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications), Pay And Benefits.
We should not include sections like Schedule if not present. Pay is present: "Annual salary for this role is $116,071". Benefits: "We provide a competitive base salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience. As an employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, tax-deferred savings options, supplementary benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities."
But note: The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Pay and Benefits, so we can include them. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" which is placeholder? Actually they say "We provide a competitive base salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience." That is somewhat generic but still part of benefits description. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It seems they want to avoid sections that only have filler like "commensurate with experience". But we have actual salary figure and benefits list, so it's okay.
We need to use
for section headings. Likely sections: Overview (maybe "About the role"), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Skills and Knowledge, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications), Pay, Benefits. Could also combine Pay and Benefits into one section? The instruction lists Pay and Benefits as separate possible headings. We could have both.
We must not repeat the job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include overview text: "Goldbelt C6 protects the safety and health of the country by supporting civilian public health and defense medical marketspace. C6 offers research and development, engineering, and logistics services that enhance and enlarge customers' operations. C6's expertise is focused on integrating C6ISR and scientific, engineering, and technical support for various government partners. The experts at C6 are research and data-driven and ready to create custom solutions."
Then summary: "The Logistics Coordinator (LC) reports to the Procurement Manager. The incumbent: initiates procurement actions through FedBid and utilizes the State Department procurement system ARIBA, conducts day-to-day tracking of all procurement requests under existing contracts and is responsible for general logistical and administrative support to accomplish the primary mission of the Administrative and Logistics unit. The LC is also responsible for working in support of warehousing operations and personnel, training personnel in tracking operations and participating in the onsite management of inventory."
We could combine Overview and Summary into an "About the role" section. But we need to decide headings. The instruction gives examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could use About the role for overview+summary. Then Responsibilities for the list. Then Qualifications for the qualifications (maybe combine Necessary Skills and Knowledge, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications). Then Pay and Benefits separate.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
- . Also qualifications list maybe as
- . Benefits list as
- . Pay is just a sentence with salary figure; could be
.
We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we preserve all substantive info: list of responsibilities (many bullet points). Let's extract them from the responsibilities section:
- Initiates procurement actions in the ARIBA system
