Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

Join a dynamic and growing 3PL team in Mesa, AZ, focused on continuous improvements, operational efficiencies, and layout. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong supply chain management background and a passion for top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations, and a large volume of day-to-day reports throughout the lifecycle of customer orders.
• Build close working relationships with Key Account control tower staff by understanding their daily business requirements and servicing them accordingly.
• Ensure weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support inbound and outbound product operations.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally with customers and stakeholders.
• Process order setups via the preferred internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and monitor proper inventory levels per customer expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service background in logistics or planning, with the ability to build relationships and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred) for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong multitasking skills.
