Logistics Coordinator
Working out of our Warehouse facility in Roselle, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help lead the flow of materials and finished goods across our operations and partner warehouses. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts organized, hands-on, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Keep daily logistics operations running smoothly across inbound, outbound, and warehouse-related activity.
- Coordinate freight scheduling, shipping documentation, reverse logistics, and export load planning.
- Partner with third-party logistics providers and carriers to support cost-effective, reliable service.
- Track metrics, support budgeting, reconcile freight invoices, and help improve reporting and decision-making.
- Lead with safety in mind by ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, Hazmat, Quality/ISO 9001, and Clarke procedures.
- Support training, certification, and day-to-day coordination for team members involved in logistics operations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or a related operation.
- Confident juggling schedules, vendors, paperwork, and shifting priorities without losing the details.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP or transportation systems.
- Strong communication skills with internal teams, outside partners, and leadership.
- Sound judgment, strong follow-through, and a practical problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in an office and warehouse environment, including standing or sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy working independently but collaboratively with others.

Pay
This position offers an exempt salaried compensation of $55,000 - $65,000. The actual base compensation offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
