Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Manage multiple steps of sales shipments and orders, specifically in Food/Meat categories. Collaborate with sales representatives, vendors, and government departments such as customs to ensure products are shipped and received accurately. Track information through internal systems and use Oracle to ensure compliance with international regulations. Handle original documents for international tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales shipments and orders for Food/Meat products.
• Collaborate with sales reps, vendors, and government departments to ensure accurate shipping and receiving.
• Track shipment and client information using internal systems and Oracle.
• Compile and use original documents for international tracking.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

Skills

• Administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, inventory, and transportation.
• Desired experience in importing and exporting products.
• International shipping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field or 1 year removed from college with a related degree (Business, Operations, Analytics, etc.).

Work Environment

The position is located in Downtown Salt Lake City, operating onsite from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The role involves working closely with a team lead and 2-3 other team members.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
