Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international freight movement, warehouse coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery execution. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a logistics professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of daily shipment activity, and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive team. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with warehouse teams, carriers, delivery drivers, and internal departments to keep inbound and outbound shipments accurate, timely, and well-communicated. This role offers the opportunity to become a key part of an expanding operation with positive teamwork, supportive leadership, and room for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Manage domestic and international freight shipments, including LTL, last mile delivery, drayage, and small parcel shipments. Coordinate daily with warehouse locations to ensure accurate inbound and outbound logistics activity. Create shipping labels through FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and coordinate parcel drop-offs as needed. Track shipments and communicate updates to internal teams, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders. Communicate proactively with delivery drivers to help ensure shipments are delivered correctly and on time. Support special projects and assist various departments with logistics and operations needs.
