Position Overview
Essential Job Functions
- Cook up and oversee domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, DGD, and customs-related documents.
- Route shipments through Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and carrier portals.
- Be an authority on various shipment types (Domestic, International, Wholesale, E-comm, Retail, and FOC).
- Track shipments and keep a watchful eye on transportation milestones to guarantee prompt delivery.
- Handle and solve transportation, customs, and delivery problems with Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Parcel Carriers.
- Pass along shipment status updates, delays, and risks to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Report significant transportation issues that might affect product launches or inventory availability.
- Keep accurate shipment records, tracking logs, and transportation data.
- Create parcel and courier shipping labels using FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other carrier platforms.
- Support Hazardous Materials (HazMat) shipping requirements, including UN labeling and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate return, redirection, and recovery efforts for shipments as needed.
- Enter and maintain accurate logistics data within NetSuite, WMS, and other business applications.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Operation, Warehouse Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of logistics, transportation, import/export, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and major parcel carriers.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, WMS, or similar ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and think critically under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UK and EU VAT processes preferred but not required.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $23.00 - $27.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
