Logistics Coordinator/Analyst Lead - PMO

About the role
The Logistics Coordinator/Analyst Lead ensures all product is delivered per client guidelines while operating within Denali processes and procedures. This role provides client support on behalf of multiple Denali resources (e.g., Project Managers, Service Engagement Managers, and Service Delivery Managers) and assists with the movement and tracking of client orders through the delivery cycle—from pre-planning to project wrap-up. The position also involves creating, updating, and documenting processes and procedures. As the team lead, this role handles first-level escalations and training for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the success of all projects involving logistics services.
- Assist with the movement and tracking of client orders through the delivery cycle—from pre-planning to project wrap-up.
- Create, update, and document processes and procedures as needed.
- Coordinate communication, customer satisfaction, and project activities across all aspects of the organization.
- Obtain and transmit tracking information for customers’ orders and follow through to confirm delivery.
- Serve as the primary communicator regarding shipments to customers.
- Analyze shipment movements and suggest opportunities for improved efficiencies.
- Complete appropriate documentation to facilitate product delivery.
- Mitigate project roadblocks for delivery requests received outside of the standard process.
- Review logistical processes, identify critical paths, and recommend improvements.
- Understand the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordination.
- Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure those needs are met.
- Report progress and results of project plans.
- Direct team activities by establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and providing guidance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and team escalation point.
- Conduct peer mentoring and training for the logistics team.
- Deliver training to logistics coordinators/analysts.
- Provide direction to employees on departmental policies, HR portal usage, customer communications, available resources, and career advancement.

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.
Physical Demands
The role requires physical capabilities to support key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to offsite locations as needed for project support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working in Value Added Reseller or Warehousing environments preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business-focused audiences.
- Strong data analytical abilities—able to take large quantities of data and distill it into actionable outputs.
- Strong process analytical abilities.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred. 5 years of relevant experience required.
