Logistics Clerk II & III

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and document domestic and international shipments in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Cook outgoing freight, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Palletize, wrap, stage, and verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Receive incoming materials, unload trucks, verify documentation, and enter data into ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support finished goods tracking.
• Generate invoices and electronic shipment notifications for customers.
• Support raw material flow and inspection staging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or warehouse logistics experience preferred (3+ years may be considered).
• Hands-on experience handling hazardous materials required.
• Active DOT and/or ICAO certification required.
• Sitdown forklift certification required.
• Strong ERP and inventory tracking experience.
• Proven job stability and strong tenure history.
• Must pass ATF compliance requirements, including: Drug screening (no marijuana use permitted), Background screening (no felony convictions).
