Logistics Associate - Portland Sun/Wed - 3pm-7pm Mon/Thurs -1pm-5pm

About the role

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Associates monitor daily onsite route distribution from start to finish. Logistics Associates load/unload trucks and stage routes for our delivery drivers. Logistics Associates are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person. Logistics Associates facilitate driver load out.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries from trucks and/or cold storage
• Route organization/staging
• Check-in drivers and distribute routes accordingly
• Inform management of any errors or discrepancies

Requirements

Physical demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in logistics or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

$18 - $20 per hour based on experience.
