Associate, Logistics - 53rd St (Day shift)

Location: 160 East 53rd St. (53rd St). Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management.
Responsibilities
- Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.
- Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
- Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas.
- Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.
- Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
- Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment.
- Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Able to optimally communicate.
- Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem solving skills.
Pay
Pay Range: $23.49 - $32.46 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 5 am – 1pm. Weekends as needed.
