Responsibilities
- Logistics Manager Lead all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for the AN/SQQ‑89 A(V)15 system, ensuring alignment with Navy sustainment requirements and PEO IWS guidance.
- Cook logistics planning, execution, and reporting across provisioning, supply support, maintenance planning, technical documentation, and training logistics.
- Formulate policies, oversee daily operations, and manage the use of materials and human resources.
- Serve as the overall logistics and product support manager and administrator for the contracted project, reporting directly to the contract Program Manager.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operations across multiple projects.
- Manage configuration control of logistics products to maintain synchronization with engineering changes, modernization baselines, and fielded system variants.
- Collaborate with ISEAs, TYCOMs, shipyards, and Fleet units to resolve supply and maintenance issues affecting system readiness.
- Lead provisioning efforts, including Parts Breakdown (RPB), Allowance Parts List (APL), Allowance Equipage List (AEL), and associated supply documentation.
- Monitor supply-chain performance, sparing strategies, Material Support Date (MSD) alignment, and Technical Directive implementation impacts.
- Coordinate material requirements for system installations, upgrades, testing events, and fleet support activities.
- Prepare briefings, logistics status reports, and input to Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for delivery to government stakeholders.
- Supervise logisticians and supply-chain personnel, ensuring consistent application of Navy logistics standards and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain an active DoW Secret clearance which will be required by the contractor in the performance of their work to enter classified spaces, review data and access networks.
- Master’s degree w/ 5 years of direct Navy Logistics Management, or Bachelor’s degree w/ 9 years direct Navy Logistics Management experience. Or 15 years of direct Navy Logistics Management experience.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
