About the role
A Logistics Analyst plays a key role in driving end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. This role transforms data into action by uncovering root causes, identifying performance gaps, and implementing high-impact improvements that deliver measurable business results. Working across business units, product management, suppliers, and global supply chain teams, the Logistics Analyst helps optimize operations and execute strategic initiatives that keep the business moving forward. Through hands-on project leadership and continuous improvement efforts, this role applies best-in-class supply chain analytics to elevate efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, source, make, and deliver products while using data-driven analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Lead and execute strategic supply chain projects, serving as a subject matter expert to support global initiatives.
- Optimize service, cost, quality, and key performance metrics through continuous improvement and targeted supply chain solutions.
- Optimize Oracle system parameters and inputs to improve planning outputs; conduct SKU-level forecast reviews using monthly Demantra data.
- Represent Supply Chain in product lifecycle management and develop inventory strategies for new product launches and discontinuations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 5-7 years in supply chain.

Pay
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
