Logistics Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a logistics analyst to join their team! In this position, you would enhance product workflow by analyzing, developing, and coordinating logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Additionally, you would create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SAP, Excel, and MES
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely processing
• Handle all logistics incoming calls
• Review shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of information, resolve any issues and problems identified by following proper operating procedures
• Complete daily paperwork filing
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in shipments or deliveries
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to shipping
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including answering questions and resolving issues related to shipping and receiving

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required; experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) preferred

Work Environment

Location: Muscatine, IA
Onsite, shifts: 6AM – 2PM & 2PM – 10PM
Contract: through April 2026

Pay

Pay Range: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
