Responsibilities

  • Cook up daily shipments and deliveries across various channels
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to achieve cost-effective outcomes
  • Maintain a watchful eye on logistics performance metrics using Excel and other tools
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally, aiming for high satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance service levels

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Solid negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
