Logistics Admin Specialist

Major Areas of Accountability

  • KPI Reporting - Develop KPI reporting using Power BI, drive transformational and cultural change in the DC towards digitization, and gain credibility through deep understanding of DC operations.
  • Data Analysis - Provide accurate and timely performance data and business intelligence through 'deep dive' analysis, ensuring data transparency, validation, and reliability.
  • E1 Super User - Train local users, plan and execute software tests, record and mitigate system failures, ensure E1 setup meets global standards.
  • Cycle Counting - Plan and conduct cycle counts, provide timely reports, and ensure E1 is updated annually.
  • Inventory Management - Manage location and capacity, report and reconcile inventory, manage expired products, phase in/out inventory.
  • Procurement - Manage inventory of office supplies and uniform assignments for distribution center staff.
  • IT - Support and participate in IT-related projects, ensure smooth rollout locally.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify areas of waste, undertake root cause analysis, lead change initiatives, train, coach, and mentor team members.
  • QEHS - Follow and improve EHS and quality requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a large-scale Logistics / Distribution environment, understanding of industry 'Best Practice' and ability to apply knowledge pragmatically.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (JDE Oracle Enterprise One highly preferred).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities, with a particular emphasis on superior Excel skills.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency and accuracy in data analysis and insight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience of using Power BI – understanding of its capabilities, developing reports.
  • Project Management experience.
