Logistics Admin Assistant

Reports to: Logistics Manager Cooperates with: All Departments Primary Responsibility: Provide production and administration support to MIRATECH's Houston facility. Duties And Responsibilities Verify shipping papers, bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices. Tracking / Monitor freight status on order. Enter Tracking information and Documents in ERP system. Answer Sales team emails and customer inquiries about shipments.Assist the Shipping Department & The Logistics Manager Qualifications High schoolDetail orientated with excellent oral and written skills.Experience working as a production assistant is preferred.Experience with the use of ERP; Syspro experience desired.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
