The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in integrated logistics support, adept at managing logistics processes and ensuring that systems and personnel are equipped to advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and manage logistics processes within operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments.
• Direct the development and implementation of logistics support policies, procedures, and systems.
• Prepare and enforce directives to ensure effective logistics support and workforce readiness.
• Develop, initiate, and manage all logistics actions associated with the life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Establish and enforce standards for training and equipping assigned personnel.
• Provide implementation guidance and support for logistics operations and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–7+ years of professional experience in integrated logistics support.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Pay

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
