Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation to senior leadership in J9’s Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture, Program Management Office, Sensors Division, focusing on logistics operations, including storage, transportation, and supply chain strategy.
- Leverage PMO Product Fielding Support experience to analyze performance metrics, liaise with customers, and develop logistics support plans that ensure cost efficiency while meeting operational targets.
- Strategic planning, inventory management, route planning, and resolving logistical issues to maintain a smooth flow of equipment.
- Support the development, integration, and implementation of key logistics functional areas, including transportation, manning, and training, to ensure operational readiness across the cyber enterprise.
- Leverage PMO product fielding experience to coordinate and support the successful fielding and integration of Joint Cyber Hunt Kits (JCHK) and related systems across the Services.
- Develop and manage logistics and supply chain strategies that align with mission objectives, sustain operational readiness, and ensure the timely delivery and support of critical cyber capabilities across the USCYBERCOM portfolio.
Requirements
- Provide fully integrated requirements management, requirements designation, and requirements analysis for logistics support infrastructure supporting Cyber Acquisitions and Technology operations worldwide.
- Identify and document operational logistics requirements supporting cyber planning, ongoing cyber operations, contingency planning, mobilization activities, exercises, property management, and space allocation.
- Maintain traceability of technical, operational, and logistics requirements throughout the capability lifecycle.
- Analyze and provide recommendations supporting USCYBERCOM capability requirements through participation in cyberspace-related developmental activities across Service Cyber Components and the broader USCYBERCOM portfolio.
- Trace operational capabilities to approved requirements and maintain requirements databases to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Maintain and improve requirements management processes to preserve approved baseline requirements while collecting, vetting, documenting, and integrating new requirements.
- Develop and coordinate logistics strategies that support J9 operational objectives and cyber mission requirements.
- Aid in the planning and execution of logistics and supply chain activities supporting cyber mission capabilities and technology fielding efforts.
- Coordinate transportation, storage, warehousing, and facility requirements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and mission-critical assets.
- Support contingency planning, mobilization activities, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Leverage PMO product fielding experience to support the successful deployment and integration of cyber mission systems and capabilities.
- Coordinate and oversee fielding activities for Joint Cyber Hunt Kits (JCHK) and related systems across military services and operational organizations.
- Ensure fielded capabilities are properly integrated, documented, and transitioned to operational users while maintaining readiness and sustainment requirements.
- Support lifecycle management and sustainment planning for fielded systems.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and operational data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop recommendations to enhance logistics efficiency, readiness, and mission support capabilities.
- Track and report logistics and requirements management activities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, including contract development, oversight, and coordination activities.
- Support industrial property management activities and ensure compliance with applicable government policies and regulations.
- Cookordination with acquisition, contracting, logistics, and operational stakeholders to support mission requirements.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain risk management, or a related field is often required.
- At least 12+ years of experience in integrated logistics support or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex PMO operations, including fielding and sustainment of technology systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with systems like Defense Logistics Agency systems, Accountable Property Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is beneficial.
- An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
