Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Cook up daily logistics operations including material movement, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling
  • Support import/export processes, including documentation, compliance, and shipment coordination
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with warehouse organization and material control
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and related logistics paperwork
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or discrepancies
  • Aid in continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
  • Experience with import/export processes and documentation required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Effective communicator and team coordinator
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Mandarin Chinese communication is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Able to balance administrative work with operational support
