About the role
A Logistic Manager Assistant is required to assist in managing multiple functions within the logistics department.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with suppliers on shipment details
- Prepare documents for delivery and shipment of goods
- Control reception of the goods
- Prepare documentation for Customs clearance
- Manage transportation of goods
- Report to top management
- Perform a variety of other tasks
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Working knowledge of INCOTERMS
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Good planning skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (Russian and Spanish is an advantage)
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialty.
