Logistic Coordinator Job

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pulls open orders from SAP and Oracle and communicates orders and shipping arrangements to operators, shift leaders and warehouse personnel on a daily basis – 30%
• Uses same reports to contact carriers to set up a pickup schedule - 15%
• Reviews shipping log from previous day and communicates any shipping issues to the warehouse personnel and Arkema/PMC’s customer service departments – 20%
• Addresses open orders and issues with orders for the joint venture, PMC/Stannica, and their customers daily – 10%
• Works effectively with others throughout the supply chain organization to solve problems and meet performance goals for customer satisfaction and margin – 5%
• Provides insight and escalates concerns as soon as possible so that Customer Service and demand planning are aware of delivery/supply challenges – 5%
• Completes and processes all paperwork for shipment in SAP/Oracle – 10%
