Locums Obstetrics Gynecologist

Seeking a skilled OB/GYN for hospital-based coverage in a solo or backup midwife setting. Responsibilities include managing low and high-risk pregnancies, performing complicated deliveries such as C-sections, multiple births, and abruptions, and conducting surgical gynecology and major laparoscopic procedures. Preferred Candidates Will Have Experience In OB Ultrasound Interpretation. Coverage involves clinic and pager call, with a typical shift seeing 0-8 patients. Qualifications include strong delivery skills, surgical expertise, and the ability to handle complex cases. Additional benefits include paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and access to a dedicated consultant. Compensation ranges from $150.00 to $225.00 hourly, based on experience and position needs.
