About the role
Healthcare provider specializing in outpatient obstetrics and gynecology services.
Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient OB and GYN care with a 1:2 call ratio and a 20‑minute response time.
- Managing 13‑18 patient encounters per shift.
- Delivering approximately 230 babies annually, including low and high‑risk cases such as vaginal deliveries, C‑sections, VBAC, breech, and multiples.
- Performing FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and abruption management.
- Conducting office GYN procedures like IUD insertions, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery, and cystoscopy.
- Performing diagnostic and minor laparoscopic GYN surgeries, including tubal ligation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong obstetric and gynecologic clinical skills.
- Experience with FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and obstetric emergencies.
- Proficiency in GYN procedures and minimally invasive surgeries.
- Ability to manage a busy outpatient clinic with diverse patient needs.
