About the role

This role involves providing inpatient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Assignment management is handled through an online portal. Responsibilities

• Respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes
• Manage 15‑18 patients per shift
• Handle 0‑5 patients during call with a 30% callback rate
• Conduct 3‑5 phone consults daily
• Provide weekend coverage with potential for additional days
