Responsibilities
- Respond within 30 minutes for beeper calls
- Manage 15-18 patients per shift
- Handle 3-5 phone consults daily
- See 0-5 patients on call with a 30% callback rate
- Provide patient care in an inpatient setting
- Deliver weekend coverage with potential leave coverage
