About the Role

Provide inpatient care in a healthcare setting with a focus on weekend coverage and potential for additional days. Respond promptly to beeper calls within 30 minutes, managing approximately 15-18 patients per shift and handling 3-5 phone consults daily.

• Handle on-call duties with a 30% callback rate
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with healthcare teams

Requirements

• Valid medical license
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to respond quickly to beeper calls within 30 minutes
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Prior inpatient experience preferred
• Experience in an inpatient practice setting
