About the role
We are seeking a locum Gastroenterologist for hospital-based duties near Miami Beach, MI.
Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient and inpatient scopes, averaging 18 outpatient and 20 inpatient procedures daily.
- Provide endoscopy coverage and manage consults within scheduled hours.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs, with all services onsite.
- Utilize onsite lab and X-ray facilities.
- Use Cerner EMR system.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
- Active MI license.
- DEA, CSR, and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience in ERCP.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of fellowship training.
