Locum Tenens - Neurology

Role Overview: Neurology physician providing inpatient and outpatient care, including EEG interpretation and hospital coverage. Key Responsibilities Read EEGs for inpatient and outpatient cases, ensuring coverage when no patients are scheduled.Provide onsite hospital coverage, including after-hours call responsibilities.Perform procedures such as radiologic exam interpretation, lumbar punctures, brain death examinations, and evoked potentials.Manage an average of 6-8 patients daily within clinic hours. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret EEGs and perform specialized neurological procedures.Strong clinical skills in neurology care and hospital coverage.Experience with EMR systems, specifically Cerner, is preferred. Schedule & Duties: Clinic hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with outpatient appointments on specified days. After-hours coverage includes weekend call from 8 AM to 8 AM.
