About the role
This role involves providing inpatient consults and clinic services, including performing amniocentesis and cervical cerclage when preferred.
Schedule
Typically 2-3 weeks per month, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with weeknight and weekend call on rotation.
The provider manages an average of 8-12 patients daily.
Responsibilities
- Conducting inpatient consults
- Outpatient clinic work
- Performing specialized procedures (e.g., amniocentesis, cervical cerclage)
- Participating in call rotations
- Handling credentialing and privileging processes
Requirements
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Proficiency in amniocentesis
- Ability to handle a varied caseload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
