About the role
We are seeking a Locum Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to provide full-time coverage near Harrisburg, PA. The role involves ultrasound interpretation, consultative services, and managing patients aged 18+ with conditions such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, diabetes, cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurological, autoimmune, hematologic, and obstetric disorders.
The physician will handle approximately 25 patients daily, with support from a dedicated team including RNs, MAs, and APPs.
Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret level II ultrasounds
- Perform and interpret amniocentesis
- Manage high-risk pregnancies
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine
