• Monday-Friday 8am-4pm clinic
• Night and weekend call coverage

Call Expectation: Clinic & Call

Responsibilities

• Management of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), HELLP syndrome, diabetes (Type I, II, Gestational), and cardiac disorders (Class II or higher)
• Care for pulmonary, renal, neurological, autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic, and collagen vascular disorders
• Perform VBACs, vaginal breech deliveries, and manage placenta previa/abruption
• Handle multiples gestation, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and instrument-assisted deliveries (forceps, vacuum, etc.)
• Conduct amniocentesis (genetic), cervical cerclage, intrauterine transfusion, and multifetal pregnancy reduction
• Perform and interpret ultrasounds: Level II/Targeted, echocardiography, fetal blood sampling, and chorionic villus sampling
• Volume: 20-30 cases per day

Requirements

• Board certification in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• BLS certification

• 1 RN
• 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
• 5 imaging staff
