- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm clinic
- Night and weekend call coverage
Call Expectation: Clinic & Call
Responsibilities
- Management of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), HELLP syndrome, diabetes (Type I, II, Gestational), and cardiac disorders (Class II or higher)
- Care for pulmonary, renal, neurological, autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic, and collagen vascular disorders
- Perform VBACs, vaginal breech deliveries, and manage placenta previa/abruption
- Handle multiples gestation, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and instrument-assisted deliveries (forceps, vacuum, etc.)
- Conduct amniocentesis (genetic), cervical cerclage, intrauterine transfusion, and multifetal pregnancy reduction
- Perform and interpret ultrasounds: Level II/Targeted, echocardiography, fetal blood sampling, and chorionic villus sampling
- Volume: 20-30 cases per day
Requirements
- Board certification in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
- Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- BLS certification
Support Staff
- 1 RN
- 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
- 5 imaging staff
